The Lord is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1
Today you are invited to consider how the Lord has been your refuge and strength in the past few weeks. Think back. What do you want to say to Him in response to His presence in your life? Where do you need His strength and refuge today? Tell Him about the situation. Place it in His hands and leave it with Him. Make a note of your need so that, in a day or so, you can look back and see how God has moved.
