We remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labour prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 1:3
Today you are invited to consider those who work tirelessly in faith inspired by their love for Jesus. Think of what you have read, what you have heard or seen recently about such people. They may not be people you know but who have done something for God that has been mentioned in the news or on social media. How can you pray for such people today – who do for Jesus what you may not be able to do or are not called to do? What do they mean to you because of their work for Jesus? How can you express your thanks for them?
May God bless you with an awareness of those who work tirelessly for Him in difficult situations and may your prayers for such people bless them in ways you can never imagine.
